亲爱的上海外国语大学SSO账号用户:

若您在登录https://sso.shisu.edu.cn/时提示“该用户已失效。一般的原因是因为您毕业离校或离职,系统按照国家相关规定自动予以停用。若有误报或者您有特殊的需求,根据您的账号种类,可分别寻找以下帮助:

若为P开头工号,请联系部门人事管理员在人事系统内修改离校日期;

若为W/WP开头工号,请联系外事处修改账号预计离校时间;

若为学号:

n本科生请联系教务处处理,

n研究生请联系研究生院处理,

n留学生请联系留学生办公室处理,

n继续教育学院学生请联系继续教育学院处理。

If you see the message "The user has been disabled" when logging into https://sso.shisu.edu.cn, it's generally because you have graduated or have resigned, and the system has automatically disabled your account according to relevant China national regulations. If this is a false alarm or you have specific needs, please ask for assistance based on your account type as below:

If your staff ID starts with P, please contact the HR administrator in your department to modify the departure date in the Human Resources System;

If your employee ID starts with W/WP, please contact the Office of International Affairs to modify the estimated departure time;

If it is a student ID:

nundergraduates should contact the Academic Affairs Office,

ngraduate students should contact the Graduate School,

ninternational students should contact the International Student Office,
