若您在登录https://sso.shisu.edu.cn时提示“该用户已失效”。一般的原因是因为您毕业离校或离职，系统按照国家相关 规定自动予以停用。若您有特殊的需求，根据您的账号种类，可分别寻找以下帮助：
l 若为P开头工号，请联系部门人事管理员在人事系统内修改离校日期；
l 若为W/WP开头工号，请联系外事处修改账号预计离校时间；
l 若为学号，本科生请联系教务处处理，研究生请联系研究生院处理。

If you see the message "The user has been disabled" when logging into https://sso.shisu.edu.cn, it's generally because you have graduated or have resigned, and the system has automatically disabled your account according to relevant Chinese national regulations. l If your employee ID starts with "W" , please contact the Office of International Affairs to modify your estimated departure date;
l If your account is a student ID, undergraduate students should contact the Academic Affairs Office, and graduate students should contact the Graduate School;
