若您在登录https://sso.shisu.edu.cn/时提示“该用户已失效”。一般的原因是因为您毕业离校或离职，系统按照国家相关规定自动予以停用。若有误报或者您有特殊的需求，根据您的账号种类，可分别寻找以下帮助：（经处理后，数据会自动同步至统一身份认证，账号会自动重新启用）
- 若为P开头工号，请联系部门人事管理员，由部门人事管理员联系人事处在人事系统内修改离校日期；
- 若为W/WP开头工号，请联系对外合作交流处修改账号预计离校时间，电话021-67701811，外专科信箱fea@shisu.edu.cn；
- 若为学号：
n毕业生：办理户口迁移，如已领到两证，请自行前往派出所办理，无需登录学校系统。(1) 虹口校区集体户口：本人携带身份证、毕业证书及复印件，前往曲阳派出所办理《户口迁移证》。(2) 松江校区集体户口：本人携带身份证、毕业证复印件，前往大学城派出所办理《户口迁移证》。
n本科生：实际仍在校的本科生请联系教务处刘老师处理，电话021-67701031；其他情况请联系所在院系的辅导员说明情况并获得同意，然后由辅导员电话联系信息技术中心021-67701909反馈。
n研究生：请联系所在院系的辅导员或教学秘书说明情况，并获得同意；由院系将审核通过的信息反馈至研究生院培养与国际化办公室；该办公室将根据学校规定处理。
n留学生：请携带护照和学生卡到虹口校区2号楼204留学生办公室处理。
n继续教育学院学生：请联系继续教育学院处理，电话021-35372622、021-65312569。

If you see the message "The user has been disabled" when logging into https://sso.shisu.edu.cn, it's generally because you have graduated or have resigned, and the system has automatically disabled your account according to relevant China national regulations.
